About the Job Position type: Hourly employment as needed. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You perfect the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so customers find what they're looking for in the store. You should ensure that customers leave satisfied – and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Work at the checkout and self-scanning, including service tasks. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem solver who loves pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling? Excellent! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school diploma and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than just that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
