About the Job Position: Temporary assignment, 18 hours per week until August 31, 2027. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You Put the Final Touch on the Customer Experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so that the customer finds what they're looking for in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy – and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What Will You Do? Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration) Work with e-commerce picking, orders, and service at pickup Work at the checkout, stock shelves, and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed! Who Are You? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more than one language, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
