About the Job Position: Permanent employment at 20 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start Date: By agreement. Working Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department. You Perfect the Customer Experience You have a chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer goes home satisfied—and preferably with an extra item in their cart and with a good feeling! What Will You Do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or with new inspiration). Work with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes. Work with customer orders, restocking merchandise, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we are a team and help where needed! Who Are You? You are a natural problem-solver who likes speed and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Great! If you have prior experience from a bakery/confectionery—even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. If you have prior experience/education in baking or confectionery, this is an asset. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Like doing things together and contribute with energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and notice when something needs to be done—and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
