About the Position
Job type: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.
You Put the Final Touch on the Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy—and hopefully with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
Work with baking and making everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
Work with customer orders, restocking, and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization.
Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we are a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in baking? Great! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop—even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school diploma and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too.
If you have previous experience/education in baking or pastry, this is a merit.
Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
