About the Role As a store sales associate with us, you'll have a central role in the store with special responsibility for our tools department. You'll meet customers, help them find the right solutions, and contribute to developing both the department and the business. Every day you'll meet businesses and professionals in construction, industry, and installation. Through good service, strong relationships, and the right solutions, you'll contribute to our customer promise: We make it easier to be a professional. You'll have significant responsibility for the tools department. This means you'll work with: Meeting customers and helping them find the right solutions Ordering goods and maintaining contact with suppliers Planning and creating displays and campaigns Ensuring the department is well-stocked, organized, and inspiring Developing the product range based on customer needs Contributing ideas and improvements that develop the department The work also includes the store's daily tasks such as unpacking goods, stocking shelves, working the register, and helping wherever there's the greatest need.
