About the Position: Scope: 50% including holidays. Work hours according to schedule 06:00 - 20:00 (possibly 05:00 - 21:00 from November 2026). Shifts of 4-8 hours/day. Employment form: Permanent position. 6-month probationary period. Start date: Immediately after successful security clearance. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcome and provide personal and professional service to every customer. - Inspire, advise, and present our products with passion and expertise. - Help customers find the right product or gift based on their needs. - Contribute to creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that reflects Fredmans' identity and high quality standards. - Meet internal sales and service targets, KPIs, and store policies. - We practice active sales, where you are expected to actively approach customers, use sales techniques, and upselling to achieve your individual daily sales target. We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in customer service and sales in specialty retail. - Is service-oriented and can handle various situations that may arise in a store. - Has a genuine interest in and understanding of high-quality products. - Is flexible and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment. - Is communicative, sociable, and has a natural sense of customer service. - Is organized and takes responsibility. - Is driven, ambitious, and motivated by strong sales results. - Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Employment will require a security clearance. It is an advantage if you live nearby and can get to Arlanda quickly. We look forward to receiving your application!
