Who are we?
We are four Elon Ljud & Bild stores in Malmö with a clear focus on technology, service, sales, and customer experience.
In our stores, we help customers with everything from mobile phones, subscriptions, and home electronics to accessories, repairs, and technical support through our own service concept Lagamobilen.
Our goal is to be the customer's obvious choice when it comes to technology – not just at the time of purchase but also long afterward. That's why we work a lot with long-term customer relationships, excellent service, and repeat customers.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for you if you enjoy people, sales, and developing yourself.
You don't need many years of experience. For us, the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are just as important as a long CV.
You like setting goals and are motivated by being able to influence your own performance and salary. At the same time, you understand that truly great sales starts with understanding the customer and finding the right solution.
We work as a team here. We compete, set goals, help each other, and celebrate when someone succeeds.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Help and advise customers in the store
Sell mobile phones, subscriptions, accessories, and home electronics
Work actively with customer relationships and repeat customers
Follow up with customers and create new business opportunities
Work toward both individual goals and the store's shared goals
Assist with the store's daily operations, displays, and organization
This is a retail job, which means evening and weekend work occurs according to store hours.

Extra plus if you have:
Sales experience
Experience from the telecom industry
Experience from retail, service, or customer service
An interest in technology

You speak and write Swedish fluently
You are comfortable with English
