We have a store in Emporia, which is one of Sweden's most visited shopping centers. We offer you a position in a wonderful team with great camaraderie. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a retail sales associate for our store in Emporia in Malmö. With us, you work with freedom under responsibility and with great opportunities to influence your work. Your primary task is to sell by ensuring the world's best customer experience by always thinking service and customer satisfaction in every moment. In addition to sales work, you should ensure that all shelves are well-stocked, that goods are well-positioned, cleaning of the store, unpacking merchandise. Answer customer emails and pack e-orders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and has a conscious sales drive, with great service spirit and who is accommodating and flexible, as well as has a sense of responsibility for the store's condition and order. A burning interest in jewelry/watches. Since our store represents many of the leading jewelry manufacturers, we place great emphasis on having the ability to deepen your product knowledge, materials, manufacturing, and collection names. You enjoy meeting people, selling, and providing good service at a fast pace, and you understand the importance of good customer service and service. We would like to see that you are comfortable with computers, and you will sometimes need to speak English with customers, where we would like to see that you are comfortable with it. Working hours are weekdays and weekends, including evenings. Previous retail experience is a merit. This position is a full-time job.
