We offer good employee discounts and benefits. About the Position As an inside sales representative, you work with selling Bilia's complete range of services and products. The role includes sales of spare parts and accessories over the counter, via phone and email, where you actively help customers find the right solutions based on their needs. You also offer Bilia's "Assembled & Ready" services and work to create additional sales by combining products and services. You are responsible for actively working the market, managing leads, conducting campaigns, and following up on deals to build long-term customer relationships. The role also includes working with display materials and products to create an attractive and inspiring retail environment. You continuously update our systems and contribute to ensuring a professional customer experience at all touchpoints, with a focus on both private and corporate customers. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who enjoys working in a sales role where you can work proactively and build relationships. You are communicative, well-organized, and motivated by creating deals together with others. Sales experience, preferably via telephone Good computer skills and experience working in different systems High school education Good knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel Good Swedish spoken and written Driver's license category B (required) Other Information This is a permanent position with hourly pay according to the current collective agreement. The position is located at Bilia Personbilar in Segeltorp, Stockholm.
