We're all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a template—we hire based on who you are. For us, drive and personality matter more than experience and background. We're doing well and growing fast. Now we're looking for more happy team members with the right attitude and a willingness to develop!
About the Job
We're looking for you if you love food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Nynäshamn Sandtorp! In short, this position means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Permanent employment, 4-8 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start date: 2026-10-19 or by agreement.
Work hours: You'll vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage daily store operations, such as keeping the store well-stocked and looking great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After some time, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
About Us
For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop matter more than experience and education. We work together as a team because we believe great collaboration delivers the best results—and we have fun doing it.
Here's more about us:
We're covered by the retail employees' collective agreement, which includes great benefits like pensions, insurance, and good overtime compensation.
You'll receive wellness contributions, employee discounts, and employee offers after a period of employment.
Our big passion is making sure everyone can afford good food. For example, we open our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social grocery stores.
Sustainability is important to us, and we work continuously to reduce food waste.
We give you great opportunities to grow through various responsibilities and training. Many who started their journey as store associates at Willys are now team leaders, store managers, or have specialist roles at our support office.

About You
Willys is growing and developing all the time, and you love doing the same. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if you:
Notice what needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
