About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Luleå Storheden! In short, the role means you help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Full-time position at 26 hours per week, with a trial period.
Start date: August 7, 2026, or by agreement.
Work hours: You'll work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: High school education, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales, and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
