About the Job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Kiruna Centrum! The position simply means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Varying hours on different employment arrangements. A trial period applies for permanent employment.
Start Date: By agreement.
Work Schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
More About the Role:
Together with your colleagues, you manage daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
