About the Job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Nora Prästgatan! The position simply means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Permanent employment of 12 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
