About the Job
We're looking for you if you love food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Nora Prästgatan! In short, the role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Job Details: Full-time position at 32 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start Date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Work Hours: You'll work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old based on the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as keeping the store well-stocked and looking great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After some time, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
