In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
