About the job
We're looking for someone who likes food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Sten Sturegatan! The position essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position: Permanent employment at 6 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring that the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability targets.

About you

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
