About the job
We're looking for someone who likes food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Björkekärr! The position simply means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, with a trial period.
Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as keeping the store well-stocked and looking nice.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
