About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our great team at Willys Göteborg Sisjön! In short, the position involves helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 26-32 hours per week, with a probationary period.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do the same, that's great!
