About the job We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales—to join our great team at Willys Umeå Ersboda! The role is straightforward: you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week; probation period applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education; good Swedish skills (spoken and written). More about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the grocery section—ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You'll greet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Spot what needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
