About the Job We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Södertälje Vasa! In short, the position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. Job Details: Permanent position, 26 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start Date: October 5, 2026, or by agreement. Work Schedule: You will work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
