About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Östersund Storsjö! In short, the job means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. Position details: Temporary contract for 26 hours per week until 2026-12-08. Start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the job: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery section, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce items. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
