About the job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Motala Bråstorp! In short, the job means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Temporary position of 26 hours per week until 2027-06-11
Start date: 2026-08-31 or by agreement
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivering e-commerce items.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
