About the job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Löddeköpinge Center Syd! In short, the role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position is: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. Here's a bit more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the grocery section, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and handling e-commerce orders. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
