About the job We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Lidköping Framnäs! In short, the position means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies Start date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school diploma, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After some time, you'll also place orders and plan sales as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
