About the Job We're looking for you if you love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Karlstad Våxnäs! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent position at 32 hours per week, probation period applies Start Date: October 5, 2026 or by agreement Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. More About the Role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or checking out. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
