About the job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Helsingborg Berga! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position involves: Temporary contract for 26 hours per week through 2027-08-31. Start date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement. Work schedule: You will work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivering e-commerce goods. You greet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
