About the Job We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Gävle Hemsta! In short, this position means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Temporary position, 32 hours per week through August 31, 2027. Start Date: By agreement. Working Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. More About the Position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department—keeping the store well-stocked and looking great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, care, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or checking out. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Notice what needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
