About the Job We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Alingsås Hagaplan! In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start Date: By agreement. Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and annex 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
