About the job
We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Vetlanda Nydala! The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position: Temporary contract at 26 hours per week until 2027-01-31.
Start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Secondary education, good command of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
