We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a template, but based on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We're doing well and growing rapidly. Now we're looking for more happy team members with the right attitude and a desire to develop!
About the job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Täby Centrum! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment with a trial period.
Start date: September 28, 2026 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's more about the role:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After some time, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
About us
For us, the right attitude and a desire to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we believe that good collaboration produces the best results – while also having fun at work.
A bit more about us:
We are affiliated with the Commercial Employees' collective agreement, which includes fair terms such as pensions, insurance, and good overtime compensation.
After some time of employment, you'll receive wellness allowance, employee discount, and special employee offers.
Our core mission is to ensure everyone can afford good food. For example, we open our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social food stores.
Sustainability is important to us and we work, for example, to constantly reduce food waste.
We give you great opportunities to grow through various responsibilities and training. Many who started their journey as store associates at Willys are today team leaders, store managers, or have specialist roles at our support office.

About you
Willys grows and develops all the time, and you like to do that too. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if you:
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
