About the Job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Malmö Emporia! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week; probation period applies. Start Date: September 14, 2026, or by agreement. Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Secondary education; good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the fresh department—making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
