About the Job
We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Katrineholm Lövåsen! In short, this position means you help ensure our customers can shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Permanent position at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations at the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tactfulness, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
