About the Job We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Karlstad Bryggudden! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really good prices. Position details: Temporary contract, 32 hours per week through August 31, 2027. Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the fresh department—making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. About You Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you love doing that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if you: Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
