About the position Are you looking for a fun and educational extra/summer job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Ludvika! We are now looking for a group of stars who want to work as summer employees with us, both in the café and in the store. As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are a central part of customers' experience. The workday includes varied tasks and departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed, and in the café you work with sales, deliveries, and maintaining a pleasant environment. Wherever you are in the store, you meet customers – when you stock goods, work the register, help with customer service, or serve in the café. You enjoy sharing your knowledge to help them find the right products at good prices. No two days are the same, and we prefer to solve tasks and challenges in a straightforward way. This position is a vacation relief assignment, but for those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for a permanent position after the summer. Start date is immediate. About you Customers' time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read customer needs. We are therefore looking for you who are an outspoken service-minded person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work tempo where you constantly face new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge of things, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have experience from retail, preferably within customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would appreciate a genuine interest in our product range and product areas or café operations.
