Main Responsibilities
We are now looking for a new team member to join our great group at Snabbgross Club Halmstad.
As a store associate, you will have varied work. Everything from cashier work, placing orders, picking goods in store or in e-commerce, and merchandising. In your daily work, you will interact with customers whom you should actively engage to drive profitable sales. You will also participate in the store's improvement areas, development, and ensure good customer experience and work environment. The work is physical and may involve some heavy lifting.
Who Are You?
You are interested in food, enjoy working with customers and sales, which is a prerequisite for the role. We encourage diversity among applicants to our positions, and if you also have knowledge of other languages, we see that as a positive. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are good at prioritizing while being thorough, are quality-conscious, and work well in a team, then you will fit in well with us at Snabbgross.
You have upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked in the service industry, preferably retail/food.

Scope: Permanent employment at 40 hours per week; probationary period applies.
Start Date: By agreement.
Working Hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
