We are now seeking engaged and service-oriented retail sales associates for our client in Norrtälje to work as needed. Here you'll have the opportunity to work in an inspiring retail environment where customer experience is always the focus.
Candidate Profile
As a retail sales associate, you are an important part of the team and help ensure that every customer feels welcome, seen, and assisted. No two days are alike, and you will work with everything from sales and customer service to inventory management and store displays.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cash register operations and sales
• Personal customer service and advice
• Inventory picking and restocking in-store
• Inventory tagging and handling
• Contributing to a well-stocked, inspiring, and sales-driven store

We are looking for someone who likes to take initiative, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible, flexible, and have a positive attitude toward both customers and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
• Have experience working in retail and at a cash register (not required)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Are flexible and willing to pitch in where needed
• Have a genuine interest in service and sales
If you also have knowledge of or an interest in sports equipment, fitness, or outdoor activities, that's a big plus.
We believe you have an active background—perhaps you've played football, competed in track and field, been involved in an organization, or been active in sports or community involvement in another way.
