About the job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Kiruna Centrum which is opening soon! In short, the job means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the job:
Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations of the store, such as making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
