About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales, and want to become part of our great team at Willys Karlstad Rud, which will soon be opening! In short, this job means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The Position: Varying hours on different employment arrangements. A trial period applies for permanent employment.
Start Date: According to agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the job:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
