About the Position
As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and properly faced.
No matter where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers - whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. When meeting customers, you happily share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are the same. Here we are happy to tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by finding simple solutions.
The role will also include work with service and workshop where you will work assembling and repairing, for example bicycles and other types of products. We appreciate if you have a technical interest and good problem-solving skills. If you have previous experience with similar tasks, that is a merit.
This is a permanent position that starts with a 6-month trial period. Employment is part-time, 10 hours/week.
About You
Customers' time is valuable and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to listen, understand and read customer needs. We are therefore looking for someone who is a genuine service-minded person with a customer focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge of things, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must, among other things, be communicative in both Swedish and English.
It is a merit if you have experience from retail and preferably in store work with cash register experience or from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a genuine interest in our range and product areas.
