About the Position As a store associate with a focus on both workshop and customer service at Biltema, you will have a varied role where you contribute to a positive and professional customer experience in the store. You will work both with practical workshop tasks and helping customers with customer service. The role includes, among other things, assembling and repairing bicycles as well as servicing and repairing products such as lawnmowers, compressors and water pumps. At the same time, you will meet customers in customer service where you provide advice, handle complaints and help find solutions to various matters. You also work closely with other departments in the store to create an efficient and service-oriented operation. In addition to the tasks related to the workshop and customer service, you participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that shelves are stocked, the checkout is staffed and the store is always ready for sales. Every day you strive to give customers top-class service and treatment. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time, 38.25 hours/week. About You We are looking for someone who is positive, solution-oriented and has a strong customer focus. You enjoy meeting people and are motivated by helping customers while having a great interest in technology and practical work. You are curious and like to take initiative when you see what needs to be done. You thrive in a dynamic work environment where the pace can be high and tasks vary. Experience in repair work, workshop work or similar is required and experience in customer service is an advantage. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and it is an advantage if you also speak English or additional languages.
