Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you will take great responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and neat in our store. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring shopping experience. You will have an important role in supporting the Team Manager for Grocery and the Produce Manager and if needed, take responsibility for their tasks during absences. The position is: Permanent, 36 hours per week. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect from You Being interested in food and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Additionally, you should enjoy when the pace is high. Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the big picture. With reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
