About the Job
We're looking for you to join our fantastic team at Willys Trelleborg Väst and work extra hours as needed. It's the perfect job if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Job Details: Hourly position as needed.
Start Date: September 21, 2026, or by agreement.
Working Hours: You'll vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we don't employ people under 16 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily store operations, such as keeping the store well-stocked and looking great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
