In short, this position means you help our customers get access to good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position involves: Hour-based employment as needed. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing). Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it About Us For us, the right attitude and desire to develop are more important than experience and education. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or in service, but it's not a requirement.
