About the job We're looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Hemma Skara Hötorget, and who can work extra as needed. In short, the position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position type: Hourly employment as needed. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
