As a Store Associate, you get to take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they are looking for.
You should ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and tidy in our store.
Together with your colleagues, you should focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensure that we maintain the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience.
The position is: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect from You
That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales is a requirement for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
That you are good at working in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy when the pace is high.
Together with your colleagues, you should handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service- and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
With reference to the Work Environment Act (chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
