Main Responsibilities
As a Shop Associate, you'll take significant responsibility for helping our customers easily find what they're looking for. You'll ensure our shelves are well-stocked, maintain a clean and tidy store, and process customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you'll focus on positive customer service, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This is a fixed-term position for 30 hours per week. The desired start date is 2027-01-04 or by agreement, running through spring 2027. Work hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer competitive wages according to collective agreement.
What We Expect from You
A passion for working with customers and sales is essential for this role. To thrive with us, you should enjoy teamwork, be thorough, and have a quality-focused mindset. You should also thrive in a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the daily operations of the store. This includes being service and sales-oriented, as well as having an eye for both details and the bigger picture. We'd be pleased to see that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably in retail and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is a plus.
