As an e-commerce coordinator, you're responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and ready for pickup at our Pick-up Station. Position details: Temporary full-time position until 2027-11-23. Start date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: You manage and participate in the daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. In collaboration with the store's managers, you plan today's tasks and work ahead. You handle both planned and unforeseen events. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that includes work management, structure, and planning. You are a key person in the store's e-commerce network and serve as a contact person for, among others, customer service and transport companies. You analyze, follow up, and drive e-commerce matters together with your immediate manager. You are part of the grocery team and participate in the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. It's also great if: You've worked in a store for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, want to learn new things and develop. Experience with similar work tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a merit. You are flexible, can juggle multiple tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks. You have very good IT and computer skills, are thorough, and have no problem navigating different systems. You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great! A B-level driver's license is a merit.
