As an e-commerce coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and ready for pickup at our Pick-up Station. Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Trial period applies. Start date: By agreement Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: You manage and participate in the daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. In collaboration with the store's managers, you plan today's tasks and work ahead. You handle both planned and unexpected situations. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that includes leadership, structure, and planning. You are a key person in the store's e-commerce network and serve as a contact person for customer service and transport companies, among others. You analyze, follow up on, and drive e-commerce matters together with your immediate supervisor. You are part of the grocery team and participate in the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it About us For us, the right attitude and a desire to develop are more important than experience and education. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a merit. You are flexible, can juggle multiple tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks. You have very good IT and computer skills, are thorough, and have no problem navigating different systems. You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
