Main Responsibilities We're now looking for someone who wants to be part of a successful operation. As a shop associate in our delicatessen at Hemköp Gothenburg Frölunda Torg, you'll take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they're looking for. You'll ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and neat. Together with your colleagues, you'll focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. In your role as a delicatessen shop associate, you'll handle meat, fish, charcuterie, and ready-made meals with an understanding of HACCP and Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your genuine passion for food, especially delicatessen items, you'll be an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect Enjoying working with customers and sales is essential for the delicatessen shop associate role. You'll inspire and contribute your creativity and knowledge when serving customers according to their needs at our delicatessen counter. We'd like to see that you have previous experience in delicatessen and ready-made products. To thrive with us, you should be a good team player, detail-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious. You also enjoy working at a fast pace and are used to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the daily operations, which means you're service and sales-oriented, and you're happy to work across departmental boundaries in the store.
