About the Position As a shop assistant in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You handle sales, receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a fast pace – your workdays are varied and full of energy. Beyond café work, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the shop is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service. The weekly working hours are 20 h/week. About You We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive when the pace is high and greet each workday with energy, joy and initiative. You are not afraid to think new and contribute with your own ideas. You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You like to take on new challenges and have an easy time both learning new things and sharing your knowledge. We would like to see that you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks that occur there.
